Enchanted Empress Aesthetics is a body positive skincare & waxing studio specializing in advanced skincare treatments, Brazilian waxing, and treating acne! Our studio is full of good energy, immaculate vibes, and holistic skincare. We offer crystal infused facials for relaxation, alongside results driven advanced treatments. We pride ourselves in offering a judgement free space for clients, where you can unwind, relax, and treat yourself. All of our services include a consultation at the start of the appointment, to ensure the service you’re scheduled for is appropriate. No matter what facial you book, the products used are completely customized to your skincare needs that day! We personally don’t believe in “one size fits all” protocols, especially as a corrective skincare esthetician - your skin could even need something different every time you come. When choosing a facial, you’re more so choosing a “style” and “duration”, etc. Example: do you want just a relaxing hydrating crystal facial, do you need dermaplaning to remove dead skin and hair, do you need a lightening peel, extra extractions, etc? It can definitely be overwhelming to choose which service is best for you - and that’s why we will always do a consultation before we start!Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
Life can be busy and full of the unexpected, so if you must cancel your treatment, be sure to give us 48-hour notice.
Appointments canceled 48 hours or less before your scheduled appointment will be charged in full.
No call, no shows for your scheduled reservation will be charged in full and you will be banned from booking.
Same day downgrades/removed services will be still be charged 100% of the scheduled treatments as it is the same as a last minute cancellation.
All deposits, giftcards, & services are NONREFUNDABLE
Due to specific appt times, if you are more than 7 minutes late your apt will be considered a cancelation, and charged in full. This includes finding parking, using the restroom, etc.
Waxing on your menstrual cycle is absolutely fine, as long as you have a clean tampon or cup in - therefore is not a reason to cancel an appointment.
We understand illness such as COVID, FLU, STOMACH BUG, etc are completely out of your control - however canceling last minute due to illness does still need to be before our 48 hour mark in order to avoid any fees.
If you are running late, or need to cancel an appointment - please communicate ASAP.
No communication will result in a ban from Enchanted Empress Aesthetics

✅ You reschedule within 3 weeks of your original appointment
