Cancellation Policy

Life happens, and we understand the unexpected can come up. To respect our time and yours, please review our policies below: •48-Hour Notice Required All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Any appointment canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full. •No-Show Policy No-call/no-shows will be charged in full and permanently banned from booking. •Same-Day Changes Removing or downgrading services on the day of your appointment is treated as a last-minute cancellation and will be charged 100% of the scheduled treatments. •Deposits, Gift Cards & Services All deposits, gift cards, and prepaid services are non-refundable. •Late Arrivals Due to strict scheduling, arriving more than 7 minutes late will be considered a cancellation and charged in full. This includes time spent parking, using the restroom, etc. •Menstrual Cycle Waxing while on your period is perfectly fine as long as you’re wearing a clean tampon or cup—this is not a reason to cancel last minute. •Antibiotics and Accutane are contraindications for almost all of our services, and must be stopped or communicated before your appointment. Antibiotics: 7 days since last dose. Accutane: 12 months since last dose. •Illness Policy We understand illnesses (COVID, flu, stomach bugs, etc.) are out of your control. However, cancellations due to illness must still be made before the 48-hour window to avoid fees. Please communicate you’re feeling sick ASAP. •Communication is Key If you’re running late or need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. Failure to communicate will result in a ban from Enchanted Empress Aesthetics. •Refunds We do not offer refunds on services, as each appointment reflects our time, professional expertise, and products used. If you’re unhappy with a service, please reach out to Nicole asap. Winter Weather Cancellation Policy ❄️ We know severe weather can sometimes prevent you from making it in. To help, we waive 100% of cancellation fees during inclement weather if: ✅ You provide at least 2 hours’ notice ✅ You reschedule within 3 weeks of your original appointment.
